John Scudder took minutes for both IETF83 sessions in etherpad, which I uploaded to the proceedings page.
(Note to the wg: the etherpad is a useful way to take mintues, as they are visible in real time as they are being entered. It is also a collaborative tool.) I just uploaded a new version with a few additions (mostly from Sriram) and pointers to the jabber logs.
