Registration for the upcoming meeting is not required. There is no
registration fee. The purpose of registration is only to keep approximate
track of who and how many people are expected.

The wiki for the interim meeting points to a page where the registrants are
recorded.

For previous meetings, people sent a registration request to the chairs and the
registrants list was maintained by hand.

But it's a wiki, folks, so registrants can enter themselves.

Except that you need an account to be able to modify an IETF wiki page.
Accounts can be automatically set up if you are a member of any IETF wg. You
can request a password be sent to an address that is on any wg mailing list at
http://tools.ietf.org/newpasswd . It must be an address the IETF knows.

If you'd prefer, you can send a registration request email to
[email protected].
