Some operators maintain their own registry and mirror the database of others,
as we do.  Others run their own server which mirrors the DB of some subset of
registries.  Others rely on the servers operated by those who own the
registries (or other publicly available servers).

We'll do the same, to whatever extent possible, for rpki, so as to be as
independant as possible.

Not all that comfortable; but it is what we have.  we expend great effort to
insulate ourselves from failures.
