The portal services layer is based on event-oriented SOA and will be implemented using J2EE and third-party high-performance Java framework. *The front-end will use the MS Silverlight, C# and MS Sharepoint. * The services layer will apply various proprietary algorithms for generating trade execution, performance and cost analytics.
