- Inter Portlet Communication using Service Broke, handle multiple
project based of Spring/Hibernate
Create multiple portlets using Websphere Portlet Factory
Must have experience in developing initial prototypes and
technical groundwork.

* Building out initial environment(s) and delivering
Proof-of-Technology
deliverables (ensures that Portal integrates cleanly with
existing and
planned integration infrastructure (including SOA, ESB,
Registry/Repository, etc.)
Required Skills - Specific Technical Skills:

* Web2.0 Approaches (Flex, Mashups, Widgets, Gadgets, etc.)
* IBM Websphere Portal Server (version 6.1 preferred)
* Java/J2EE development and associated architectures (JSF,
Spring, etc.)
* Deep, hands-on Integration background (SOA, ESB, Event-Driven
Architecture / Complex Event Processing)
* Knowledge of Operational Readiness (Continuous Operation /
High
Availability, Redundancy, Monitoring / Alerting, etc.)
Role includes:
build the initial prototypes
* Integrating business, functional, non-functional and technical
requirements with capabilities of Websphere Portal Server and
related
technologies.
* Contributing to patterns and technical approaches to
information
access types (i.e., simple linking with .Net assets, Flex, JSF,
JSR 286,
Portlet, Mash-ups)
* Building out initial environment(s) and delivering
Proof-of-Technology
deliverables (ensures that Portal integrates cleanly with
existing and
planned integration infrastructure (including SOA, ESB,
Registry/Repository, etc.)
* Working with stakeholders in Delivery Services, Security, and
Operations to present designs and obtain approvals.
* Collaborating with other OLDP and stakeholders to transfer
knowledge
and document delivered work.
