*Position: C++ developer* *Location: Pittsburgh, PA* *Duration: 6+ months* *Need to attendface to face interview.* *Primary Skills* *:* C/C++/Oracle/PL/SQL Developer with experience supporting Oracle RAC, with TCP/IP and Sockets programming *Description:* *** Provides system analysis, design, development, and implementation of client server and/or web-based applications. * Provides system analysis, design, development of enhancements and defect fixes in a distributed, multi-tiered environment, applying OOA and OOD techniques using C/C++, according to Vanguard's standardized methodology for Application Development. *Thoroughly understands application development methodology. * Thoroughly understands Information Security policies and procedures. Verifies all deliverables meet Methodology and Information Security requirements. * Translates Use Case Requirements, technical specifications and design into code for new or enhancement projects for internal and external clients. * Develops code that reuses objects, is well structured, includes sufficient comments and display diagnostics, and is easy to maintain. Writes programs, ad hoc queries, and reports. * Participates in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle to identify issues/defects.
