The individual will be expected to review and analyze project specifications and conceptual design and required to create the complete detailed project designs document, configure Cognos, build Cognos cubes and create and implement report programs. *Required Skills:* Must have at least 4-6 years of full system development life cycle (SDLC) experience. Must have at least 4-6 years of experience with Cognos 8 reporting tool including Framework Manager, Administration Tasks, Report Studio, Query Studio, SDK etc. Must have at least 2 years of experience with Data Warehouse development. Must have at least 2 years of Oracle/SQL- PL/SQL experience Must have understanding Object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) and Database Management Systems concepts Must have experience with creating & executing test plans Must have experience with Technical Writing(Documentation) *Additional Skills:* Knowledge of ETL tool DataStage is preferred.
