Engineers have to build test bench and test programs using C++ code. Then the test program will be used to test chip. So testing is only a small part and usually fully automated using the test program – building it is the challenge. Key words for this position : CMOS, SoC, chip, Microcontroller along with ATE. 1.Work very closely with IC test program development engineers at customer site to provide comprehensive test program development solution support for Digital ICs and Mixed Signal ICs. 2.To provide technical support to develop various parametric tests and functional tests for maximum test coverage by fully utilizing Advantest T2000 ATE’s various hardware and software capability. 3.Supporting customer in debugging test plans, test class, finding better solutions to customer’s test plan issues. 4.Assisting customer in planning test plans for upcoming tests / new devices. 5.Assisting customer in test program optimization for test time reduction for any developed test program. 6.Creating new test class for any new tests, supporting tools developers by providing sample pattern / test plans and Tools API. 7.Assisting customer in developing new user test function development / modification support 8.Supporting customer in test program conversion between ATEs 9.Resolve Advantest T2000 Thanks & Regards Sridhar Reveille technologies E-mail: [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Siebel jobs" group.
