Ability to manage/lead and coordinate Test Activities (Planning, Development and execution activities). Experience using Quality Center Test Management skills with experience on application development projects. Ability to map requirements to test cases. Familiarity with various test levels (unit, system, integration, performance, user acceptance). Ability to work across multiple organizations. Detail oriented Deliverable focused. Ability to adapt to change. Familiarity with ETM - Enterprise Testing Methodology. Tester (within Sprints) • The agile tester participates in planning, estimating, scheduling, reviews and any other team activities. • Analyzes test demand for in scope User Stories and develops test specifications (test cases). • Executes formal testing per schedule to meet necessary testing requirements. • Executes Exploratory Testing per schedule to point findings outside formal test process. • Automates and executes selected test cases using testing tools. • Manages test specification development, maintenance and storage. • Creates and communicates test metrics reports. • Assists and supports the Product Testing Team in their activities. • Reports testing issues, including appropriate escalation. • Testing Techniques • Creating Oracles and Heuristics • Technical Writing • Conducting Technical Research and Experiments • Statistical Analysis and other "Tester Math" • Intuitive and Meaningful Reporting of Test Data • Negative thinking • Testing tools 1.
