The candidate will be responsible for analysis of business requirements and for providing estimates of level of effort for analysis, design, and coding, and for evaluation of computer hardware and software for effectiveness and applicability, as required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to meet the responsibility for inter-team communication of technical and interface specifications. Participation in peer reviews of code and documents prepared for the release of the product is required. On-call support and problem resolution of production systems will be required. NOTE: This is an awesome opportunity! This position has an opportunity to develop into a lead role of a team of around 8-10 developers. Duties will include 75% coding and unit testing and 25% of other duties assigned (diagramming, mentoring, etc.).
