* Project Overview:  *
SHC is upgrading its current HCM from PeopleSoft v8.8 to v9.1.  This upgrade
will include both a system/technical upgrade as well as a process upgrade
(standardization & reengineering).  The PeopleSoft Security Business Analyst
will provide their expertise to design and develop an efficient security
administration model using as much PeopleSoft 9.1 delivered functionality as
possible.

Required Skills/ Experience:

*Top 3 Skills:*
1.       PeopleSoft HCM Security Administration (4+yrs of 9.x & higher)
2.       Position Management, Person Model, Organizational Structure or
equivalent (2+ yrs)
3.       PeopleSoft HCM upgrade experience (at least 2 major upgrades)
*Other Required Skills:*
• 2yrs. of PeopleSoft Reporting, PS Query, etc.
• 3 yrs. - Requirements Analysis / Functional Design
• 5 yrs. working with HR systems and HR processes
*Daily Responsibilities:  *
• Play an integral role in all aspects of a PeopleSoft HRMS upgrade from
v8.8 to v9.1, including reengineering, standardization and streamlining of
Security Administration.
• Review current state, assist with gap analysis and documentation of
proposed future state.
• Research, investigate and perform strategic analysis on process
requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Evaluate configuration options to leverage PeopleSoft delivered
functionality, identify required configurations and customizations to
PeopleSoft HCM to meet business requirements.  This will include evaluating
current customizations for elimination or conversion.
• Translate end-user requirements into PeopleSoft-specific configurations
and/or customizations.
• Act as liaison with the functional and technical teams to manage process
change as required by upgrade, assisting of mapping of functional design to
technical design.
• Transfer knowledge throughout the assignment to ensure transition of the
process.
