Please let me know if anyone are comfortable for the below position. *Reply to [email protected]* *Role: **SAP HCM - Techno-Functional Consultant* * * *Duration: 3 months* *Location: CA* * * * * *SAP HCM - Techno-Functional Consultant* *Job Description* • Provide guidance on the most appropriate methods and strategy for uploading into SAP • Develop upload/conversion programs using LSMW • Perform Unit testing, write technical specifications. • Prepare Load program SRS documents. • Review SRS documents prepared by the SAP Data Loading Programmers • Coordinate with the SI technical team regarding client transports, testing strategies etc • Participate in Data Mapping workshops and follow-up meetings with the client business and IT teams. Work with Functional SAP/ERP teams closely to understand the gaps, coordinate with business on specific business rules, work with data migration programmers on transformation rules and meet project standards using proven data load tools and methodology. • Schedule, communicate and conduct data mapping workshops. • Provide functional knowledge for SAP ECC6. *Desired/Recommended Profile* Requires knowledge of the SAP ECC6 solution and should have had experience in the use of LSMW for loading data. TFC will be working with a lot of objects from several modules, and needs to be proficient across the board. *Min/Max Expected Experience:* • Education : Degree in IT, Engineering, Accounting • Years of experiences: 5-10 • Number of projects: 5-10 typically as Technical Team Lead • Work exposure: Multiple industries across various business processes *Skill Sets* *Essential Skills:* • SAP Certified ABAP/4, LSMW, SQL, C, HTML, JAVA, SAP HR/MM/PM/MRO/FICO (Select as per the project requirement)* *• Excellent Communication skills *Desirable skills:* • Excellent Project management/Customer handling experience -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Siebel jobs" group.
