Role : Sr. SFDC Developer Must Have Skills: * Deep SFDC experience able to think through for solutions of concepts * Ability to map out to process flows and objects in SFDC * Needs to be experienced with ETL, data validation, work flows and integration from multiple external systems * Has to have the ability to produce complex technical documentation for mapping objects, processes, and external procedures * Support other Technical project resources related to application development * Strong client-facing communication skills Desired Skills: * Salesforce.com Service Cloud, and Developer Certifications * Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica . Team Player . Strong analytical skills with ability to learn local environment quickly . Salesforce.com development experience . Force.com platform experience . Minimum of 6+ years total experience in software development and/or programming design and development; 3 - 4 + years of Salesforce.com/Force.com experience .
