Must Have Skills: • Strong functional consultant in the supply chain management area of PeopleSoft 9.1 specializing in e- supplier and e settlement. • Strong business analysis preferably in the health care industry. • Must be able to translate business requirements into to be processes and design solutions to address the requirements. • Conduct fit gap sessions and be an evangelist in solution design. • Create design specifications and configure application software. • Participate in and contribute to AS-IS and To Be process design and build process diagrams. • Develop Functional design through design sessions with functional SMEs and stakeholders. • Ensure Traceability, Quality Assurance and Configuration Management for requirements through the entire SDLC. • Elicit requirements from stakeholders and product champion, using techniques such as interviews, requirement gathering sessions, surveys and/or other techniques as needed • Work with other leads (Development, Functional, Technical, Interface/Conversion) to ensure an integrated product and to confirm and requirements. • Be able to provide direction and estimates of identified gaps along with technical team member. • Ensure the finished product meets the design objectives and any other appropriate criteria associated with the system requirements and Statement Of Work.
