. Able to interpret/collect business requirements . Deep concepts in DW/ Business Intelligence field . Deep data analysis, profiling skills - Able to analyze BI requirements and quickly come up with recommendation/ pros/cons . Needs to have good hold of SQL. . Conversant with Microsoft BI technology : Sql server, Sql scripts, MDX, cube, power view - Able to communicate with Developers and testers and flesh the technical details, come up with prototypes . Excellent communication skills - Able to communicate with Directors and senior managers level folks in Microsoft . Able to conduct/drive meetings effectively with minimal supervision . Self-starter with low maintenance - Able to get things done. .
