Need: Crystal Reports developer (ASP.Net is a plus) Duration: 6 months
Location: new Holland, PA Start: Dec 17th or sooner Provide application support and maintenance for the application that requires ASP, Crystal report skills set. The project would requires the following type of work activities 1. Production support: Acknowledge and resolve the production issue 2. Change Request/Enchantments: Get approval for the change request, Analysis, Development, Testing, T2P approval. 3. Interact with business and work with IT team and provide status report to the IT Manager Job Roles / Responsibilities: Role: IT Application Support Engineer: Responsibilities: Be the POC for the application support. Interact with business and other application support team for clarification on the issue or change requests/enhancements. Acknowledge and resolve production issue / support request Interact with business to gather the details about the change requests/enhancement request. Perform analysis, make code changes to implement the enhancements/change requests Designing and creation of test cases and scenarios for testing. Perform testing and keep track of all the new developments.
