*Technical Skills Required*



   - A minimum of 5 year’s experience in the IT industry.
   - At least 5 years experience in SharePoint, with 2 years on SharePoint
   2013.
   - At least 5 years experience in SQL Server.
   - Demonstrable experience of delivering commercial custom web parts.
   - Practical experience of using, implementing and deploying SharePoint
   solutions in an enterprise environment.



*Core technologies and tools*



   - .NET 4.0 or later Framework
   - SharePoint 2013 including Single Page Application development
   - AngularJS, BootStrap, REST API
   - HTML5/CSS3 (Cascading Style Sheets)
   - SharePoint designer
   - Powershell scripting
   - Visual Studio 2008 - 2013
   - JQuery, JSON, ATOM
   - SOAP, WCF Services
   - XML, XSLT
   - DOM and client-side scripting
   - MS-SQL Server 2008 - 2014


   - Information Architecture



Non-Technical Attributes

In addition to these technical skills, you must have demonstrable
experience of:



   - An understanding of project management disciplines, and an ability to
   support the project manager (experience of managing small development
   projects would be beneficial).
   - The design process, taking customers from initial ideas through to the
   delivery of the final solution.
   - Creating strong professional relationships with colleagues and
   internal clients.
   - Working independently: own initiative, self managing, self motivated,
   flexible and adaptable
   - Being a team player, and work courteously and tactfully with
   colleagues and internal clients.
   - Demonstrating proven excellent presentation skills
   - Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal



Leadership

·         Aspires to technical leadership

·         Prior experience managing team size of 3-4 employees

·         Ability to manage conflict, provide strategic direction and drive
business results by managing the performance of staff members





Principal Responsibilities

·         Assist Application Development Manager in leading delivery and
process improvement projects as directed (20%-30%)

·         Design and development of deliverables on time, and to required
quality (70%-80%)



   - Design information architecture for existing intranet
   - Create technical design based off of business analysis & functional
   design
   - Produce new web parts or update existing web parts from design
   specifications
   - Implement technical design that would include coding and styling of
   the firms intranet site to meet the functional and technical specifications
