Hi, all: I want to perform the BSSE correction for the binding energy of a small molecule chemisorbed onto a surface. My question is: to obtain the energy of the surface with the ghost atoms of the molecule, do I have to take into consideration the distorted (due to chemisorption) surface or the perfect surface?
