Dear all, I know that I can get charge density by setting SaveRho in the input file of siesta.
It seems that it can also be achieved by using denchar program. I could get the orbital wave functions using denchar from SystemLabel.WFS file. However I failed to get the charge density which is supposed to be extracted from SytemLabel.DM file using denchar. It complains that it cannot find density matrix file in the directory even though SytemLabel.DM file is there. Is this a known problem? Please let me know if anyone has some idea.
