Dear Cornil,
this message means that there is not enaough memory on the machine you
are trying to run your simulation. It requests ~3.5 GB whereas usual
PCs have 1-2GB. Try to run your simulation in parallel using many
processors. This will redistribute the memory and you may not have that
problem.
