I really don't think this is a good idea because, in my personal opinion,
a separet discussion group for Chinese users specifically will:
(1) let us lose chances to get instructions from those power users, even
great minds in this international community;
(2) let us lose our sole chance to contribute to the community as anwsering
other's questions or asking good questions to this forum are all
contributions
an user can make, I think.
