Dear siesta users I am calculating the optical properties of nanowires using siesta2.0. I have got the imaginary part of dielectric function. Now I want to check the dipole transition matrix to make sure which two different eigenfunctions contribute most to the imaginary dielectric function. Could you give me some helpful suggestions ?
