Dear siesta's users: Recenty I consider a system doped by oxygen, the question is when I want to know how much electron the doped oxygen atom transfer to the system, is it equal 6-Qtot? (6 is the number of electron for outer shell of oxygen atom, Qtot for the total charge for doped oxygen atom from mulliken population) Could someone tell me about this?
