ravi,
you need to see if the polarisation is for one atom/molecule or
for the unit cell.....a NaCl simple cubic cell has 4 molecules.
you have to divide by 4. in your case you have 2 ZnO so
you need to divide by 2.....look in the literature and see how
the experimental results are quoted....
