 Well, that's not SIESTA but standard FORTRAN: you need a "return"
 (generally) before the "end" of every subroutine.
 Didn't the compiler tell you anything, like a Warning or so ?.

 My  guess is that SIESTA is not returning from the call to the
 constraints, therefore the calculation just stops :-/
