Dear Siesta-ers, I have encountered a problem during the linking of the executable of the siesta code, siesta-ldau. The error is,
gen-basis.o:(.data+0x28): undefined reference to `atm_transfer_' make: *** [gen-basis] Error 1 I looked into the code and found atm_transfer is referenced only in an external statement in gen-basis.F. There are no other place am_transfer was used. I speculated that atm_transfer is an external function? I cannot find a routine with the same name in the source code.
