[SIESTA-L] MD.MaxForceTol

Hi all
I have optimized a stucture from X-Ray structare. For this, I use a 
"MD.MaxForceTol=0.04ev/Ang". Now, I want to optimize this structure 
again so I am interested in obtaining phonons spectra. I know that I 
have to diminish MD.MaxForceTol
Someone knows what MD.MaxForceTol Must I use?
