Dear all, Can anyone tell me how to calculate the defect diffusion in a crystal?
I read some papers about the He diffusion in Fe with SIESTA code, using NEB or drag method. But I am not sure how can I achieve these methods by SIESTA. Any advice is welcome! Best wishes! Leila
