Dear transiesta users and developers:
Now I want to calculate a I-V curve for a system.So I would do a serial
calculations of which the only difference is the bias (TS.Voltage)
for each scattering region (SR) inputfile.
The electrode calculation is done for once!The output file *.TSHS can be
used for the next serial SR calculation.When I do the SR calculation ,the time
is a little more even much more!When the first calculation of the SR is done
,the output files contain SR.DM,SR.TSHS,SR.TSDE.So can I use this three files
for the next calculation for SR which only the bias (TS.Voltage) is changed
with DM.UseSaveDM set true?
Can anyone help me?
Can anyone provide me an detail instruction of the output files of the tbTRANS
calculation ?
