Dear all: In ATK calculations,if the electrodes are idencial ,ATK uses a FFT method,while if the electrodes are different ,ATK uses a multigrid method by setting the keyword "TwoProbe::UseMultigridForElectrostatics". So I want to know 1 . firstly whether the trans part of siesta3.0 can also do transport calculations using geometrically different electrodes? If it can,which keyword should be set to solve the electrostatic potential? 2 second how to determine the keyword "block LatticeVector " in the transport directions when using the geometrically different electrodes to match the boundary conditions?
