Hi Everybody
1 - I would want to ask if it is possible simulate general properties and
calculate band gap of bulk structures which forms quantum wells, superlattices
(and general multi-layered structures)
2 - Could you suggest me some literature, manuals or tutorials where can be
treated this kind of structures
