Dear TranSIESTA users and developers: Now I want to calculate the LDOS and PDOS(or make the COOP analysis). This two items work well in siesta calcualtion, but they fail to work in transiesta calculation.Now I want to get the LDOS and PDOS in the scattering region under some bias.So who can help me solve this problem?Any advice is welcome! Thanks so much in advance!
