Hm. Have you checked the EIG file to see if somethinfg weird shows up? What version of siesta are you using?
Having 0 in .EIG for ferromagnetic case is "normal" (i.e. SIESTA 2 and 3 simply doesn't write it into EIG in this case. Take the values from .OUT, they are fine).
