[SIESTA-L] difference between siesta versions

Dear siesta users;

What is the the difference between the latest version of SIESTA:
siesta-3.0-rc2 and siesta-trunk-348?

Is it so, that bugs corrected in trunk version are also corrected in
siesta-3.0-rc2?
