Dear transiesta developers and users: I want to analysis MPSH in transiesta,and wonder to know if anyone in the forum already have access to it.If none,who can tell me the Hamiltonian structure in transiesta ,and I want to do it myself.After I extract the molecular part DM element to do a one-step calculation,but the result is not satisfying.
