[SIESTA-L] the current

Hello everyone
     I am using the transiesta to calculate the current. The object is flat 
graphene . When I only reduce the length of the structure  along Z-direction 
and other parameters don't chage, I find  that the currents alomost don't 
change . Would you please  tell me the reason ? I am looking forward your reply
