Hello siesta users
Recently, I am calculating the gate-bias modulation effect of
graphene sheet using transiesta. When I set different external electric
fields perpendicular to the sheet , the changes of currents along the
sheet are less than 1% with the original current without external electric
field. I have send my input files to you, would you please help me check
them? I wonder if siesta can calculate the gate-bias modulation effect of
graphene sheet. Thank you in advance.
