Dear all,I'm interested in the local electric field in the bulk systems (SrTiO3) without external electric field. I looked through the manual and list but couldn't find the information about this. Dose anybody have the experience for local electric field calculation?
The siesta can output the total electrostatic potential in the file *.VH but it is unformatted. How can I use it to obtain the local electric field?
