[SIESTA-L] the vibration mode of Si54 using Vibra(different result from what is given in Examples)

I calculate the vibration mode of si54, just using the si54.fdf and 
si54-siesta.fdf file in the Example of the Util of Vibra. I followed the way in 
README(do 'fcbuild' and run siesta and then "vibrator"). I attached the 
results. I do not know why there is a huge differece in vibration frequence?
