yes, .CON.SCF and .CON.DEL are charge density and diffence in charge (2D) if you have put "Denchar.PlotWaveFunctions true" you will get .CON.WF# (# correspond to the number of wave function), u can use Xcrysden to visualise these 3 files (.CON.SCF, .CON.DEL, .CON.WF) did you got .CON.WF# files? how many WF do you want to plots? (u check in input of siesta)
