Hello Everyone, I was trying out the Fast test run of transiesta as described in the manual. After getting the transmission I plot it against the standard curve i.e the file TS_TBT/scat.fast.AVTRANS. The results I obtain from the compilation on my computer are quite different (File attached). Please could someone explain of why this error occurs and how it can be rectified?
