Dear SIESTA users,

As I know,in our calculation, the Zero Energy point is dertermined by the Zero
Energy point in the pseudopotential. So the absolute value of the Energy is no
of sense but its relative value.

However,if the Zero Energy point is different in several pseudopotentials and
use them to calculate a system composed of these elements. Now,is this
meaningful? The relative of the calculated Energy is of sense?

Thanks in advance!
