Hi, I am a new siesta's user, and I want to use it to calculate the optical properties of CNTs. But I did not know the method much more. so, I want to know the details about the method that siesta used. is it Ground-state DFT? by the way, have Real-time TDDFT for linear and nonlinear optical response implanted in siesta?
