Dear all, I am a new user of siesta. I have used Siesta 2.0.2 to study graphene, I get the two files graphene.RHO and graphene.LDOS, I downloaded SIESTA-3.0-rc2 to use STM utilities but I had a problem with makefile in fftw (and I am new user of linux too). I have used WSXM to get STM image, and i found a difference between image created from RHO file and image created from LDOS file. I wanted to know why I get this difference.
