Hi I'm trying to run Transiesta code for the example problem located here
http://wiki.tstutorial.dreamhosters.com/wiki/Fast The transiesta run for scattering region converges in siesta rc2 but does not in rc1. Has anyone faced the same problem? Is it cos we are trying to apply periodic B.C for H atoms? I prefer to use rc1 since the transmission does not depend on spin polarization Thank you Regards Ram
