Hi all, I have built Siesta 3.0-rc2 using Intel 11.1, Mvapich2 1.6, Gotoblas 1.30, Scalapack 1.8.0 and Netcdf 4.1.1 without issues in one of our systems. I tried to run all the parallel tests (I used "WriteXML .false." in the .fdf files to avoid FOX errors with Intel) but there are a few that I can't seem to pass:
si_coop sih_op_broyden sih si_pdos_kgrid zmatrix all of these break with a generic MPI error, and I would like to avoid debugging the problem to see where it exactly comes from :) Has anyone seen this before? Is it a known issue that somehow I've missed?
