Hi I am trying to simulate a 170 atom structure in Transiesta. After i had generated the TSHS file in electrode region when i try to simulate it in Scattering region it shows the following error and stops the run
Error in Cholesky factorisation in cdiag Error: Stop from node 0 while searching in the forums i found that some suggested to change the libraries. However the transiesta example given by Mr.Topsakal works just fine in my computer. How to rectify this??
