I tried setting the voltage to 0.1 or 0.2 eV but nothing changed.
Has anyone a suggestion what to try else?

Zitat von Jan Sommer <[email protected]>:
Dear all,
when I compute the transmissionnn spectrum of an metallic carbon
nanotube I get the transmission spectrum, where the values are
integers of the quantum of conductance.
If I try the same for a semiconducting CNT all the points are lower
than 4*10^-3.
Shouldn't there be also such plateaus multiple of G_0 but across the
band gap there should be a zero line?
I attached an example plot. The bandgap is between +/- 0.4 eV, so
that seems to work.
What could be wrong here?

Jan
