are you study in Iran?
DO you instal siesta completly? at the end of instalation you have to put the 
copy of executable siesta into your bin that when you type its command your 
computer know it. or put it in the folder whcih you are going to put your fdf 
fileand  the psudeo potention that you need in that. if you  the executable 
siesta into the bin folder, then you can open a terminal from the folder that 
you put your files in.
After that you just have to type
siesta <  yourfile.fdf | tee outputfilename
or
Siesta < yourfile.fdf > outputfilename
By the first command you can see the siesta calculation on your terminal.
But if you just want to put its excecutable file into the folder that you put 
your files that I mention here you have to type 

./siesta < yourfile.fdf | tee outputfilename

How can I run siesta? I tried it from the way explaned in
tutorial's file. I'm realy amator with terminal and i'm new siesta user
