Can any body tell me how one can obtain the current for the spin up and spin down transmission separately from a spin polarized transiesta calculation. I see only one value of current printed in the output of tbtrans calculation against the given voltage, eventhough separate spin- up and spin-down AVTRANS files are generated. thanks in advance Assa -- Assa Aravindh.S Research Scholar IGCAR,India
